Moderate to heavy rain and mountain snowfall will continue through
Wednesday as an atmospheric river and a frontal boundary slowly
sags southward in northern California, leading to additional
precipitation amounts of 2-4" and 7-10" atop the California
Coastal Range and northern Sierra Nevada, respectively. Scattered
flooding, mudslides, and debris flows remain possible through
Wednesday morning across north-central California. Additionally,
moisture from the atmospheric river will continue inland across
the northern Rockies in the form of locally heavy snow and make
for difficult traveling conditions into the early week.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 700 PM PST. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
