widespread moderate to heavy rain and mountain snow associated
with an atmospheric river streaming inland across north-central
California, along a stalled frontal boundary.

Steady moderate to heavy rain and mountain snowfall will continue
through Wednesday as atmospheric river conditions continue,
leading to additional precipitation amounts of 4-7" and 7-12" atop
the California Coastal Range and northern Sierra Nevada,
respectively. Scattered flooding, mudslides, and debris flows
remain possible through Wednesday morning across north-central
California.
