At 1000 PM EDT...Mosaic radar and surface observations show a band
of snowfall across northern Michigan and Wisconsin on the backside
of a 997 mb (29.44 in Hg) area of low pressure in Michigan. A warm
front is lifting northwards across the Great Lakes region. Mixed
precipitation and snowfall are falling across Vermont, New
Hampshire, and Maine.

An additional 1-3 inches of snowfall, as well as a mix of freezing
rain, is possible across Wisconsin and northern Michigan along the
baroclinic leaf of the area of low pressure. The band of snowfall
should exit northern Michigan Monday morning as the storm system
lifts north of the region. Additional snow and ice is likely to
fall across the White Mountains and western Maine through Monday
morning. Freezing rain accumulations up to a quarter of an inch
are possible.
