A wave of low pressure along the stationary front will continue to
intensify and move northeastward across the Great Lakes, helping
to enhance precipitation across the upper Midwest. Areas of
Minnesota, northern Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
will see the threats for additional snow and ice accumulations
during Sunday into early Monday. There are moderate probabilities
of snow accumulations eclipsing 8 inches and freezing rain
accumulations around half an inch across portions of the Upper
Midwest and northern Great Lakes. Power outages and difficult
travel conditions will be hazardous for the remainder of the
storm. For New England and upstate New York, snow and freezing
rain will be ongoing into Sunday morning, with similar threats of
difficult travel and isolated power outages. Temperatures will be
more marginal for winter weather by Sunday afternoon across this
region.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1100 AM EDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
