At 800 PM CST...Regional radar and surface observations depict
that the storm system is moving off the East Coast, with an area
of low pressure located along a cold front offshore of North
Carolina and Virginia. However, mid-level energy has yet to clear
the Mid-Atlantic and there is light snowfall falling from Virginia
to New Jersey.

Snow will begin to wind down overnight across the Mid-Atlantic. In
the wake of this storm, dangerously cold temperatures are expected
to creep in over the Central Plains and Mississippi and Ohio
Valleys, especially over snow pack and icy areas.
